- Creating a Welcoming Environment: Greet patients and families with warmth, answer inquiries, and seamlessly route calls to ensure everyone feels heard and cared for.
- Managing the Clinical Flow: Own the patient scheduling process, ensuring appointments are booked accurately and timely to optimize our clinicians'time and minimize patient wait times.
- Supporting Our Providers: Act as a key resource for our physicians and clinicians by assisting with order entries, transfers, discharges, and navigating specialized clinical software.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Assemble, update, and organize patient charts and clinical files with a high level of detail and confidentiality.
- Coordinating Team Logistics: Keep the department running like clockwork by scheduling meetings, booking rooms, distributing mail, and maintaining accurate meeting minutes.
- Optimizing Operations: Manage staff schedules and timekeeping data entry within our internal systems to keep our staffing seamless.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
